The persolog Personality Factor Model is a situation-theoretic approach to understanding personality. The difference with the dispositional attributional/theoretical approaches is that persolog does not claim to identify and describe distinct personality traits but rather to describe situational behaviour. We offer persolog® Personality Factor Model certification throughout the region: Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia. Our master-certified persolog® trainers deliver the learning content in a fun and engaging way. In addition to new approaches, you can also get to know other participants personally. In this format, the certification takes place over three days (with a maximum of 12 participants) in a 2 + 1 system at a location of your choice.
2. Live Certification via Zoom – persolog® Certification Workshop
In this format, the workshop takes place five times (with a maximum of nine participants), five school hours, a week apart. Usually from 13:00–17:30.
3. Fully Digital Certification
Become independent with our flexible online academy. Experience your trainer online with our digital certification. In just under 20 chapters and over 150 short videos and quizzes, you learn the content step-by-step. We work with modern tools to create a diverse training experience. You can start training at any time. However, we recommend you start on the first of the month.
4. Combined Certification
This certification gives you unlimited access to all digital learning units of the persolog® Personality Factor Model certification. In our online academy, you can learn the certification content flexibly and at your own pace. You also have the opportunity to attend six live Zoom sessions with one of our master trainers during the certification.
