Situation-Theoretic Approach:

The persolog Personality Factor Model is a situation-theoretic approach to understanding personality. The difference with the dispositional attributional/theoretical approaches is that persolog does not claim to identify and describe distinct personality traits but rather to describe situational behaviour. To this end, the model uses the basis of these four quadrants.
